Here you can find any additional information you might need regarding the Pike Awards program.
Nominations:
- Award nominations may be submitted at any time within the current year.
- Nomination form will be available on the Pike App and in paper form.
- All managers will get access to the paper form on Pike app, Pike website, and on Teams.
- Nomination will be submitted to an Outlook mailbox: recognition@pikeindustries.com
- Should include explanation for nominations, include photos to support your nomination.
- Employees can submit unlimited nominations.
Award Notification:
- Recipient will be notified of award by direct Supervisor/Manager, Safety Team and LOB VP.
- Winners will also be communicated via toolbox talk, Pike App, Newsletter, and highlighted on social media platforms.
- Winners will be acknowledged at Spring Meetings.
Award Distribution:
- Award winners are decided by a committee comprised of representatives from each LOB.
- Awards distributed in July and November.
- Nominations will be received for each category and one winner will be chosen for each category.
- One winner will be chosen as the annual winner for the grand prize at the end of the year.
- Six total winners and one annual winner.

How far back can I nominate an employee for an award? In other words, what is the cut-off date for the awards story to have occurred?
Award nominations may be submitted for any time frame within the current award year.

How are employee recognition award winners decided?
To help ensure fair representation and consideration, award winners are decided by a committee comprised of representatives from each line of business.
Can I nominate myself?
No, employees cannot nominate themselves.
Can I submit more than one nomination?
Absolutely! Submit as many nominations as you like. Please be sure to review the criteria for each award nomination.
What if I want to nominate an employee for more than one award category?
Great! Please be sure to fill out a separate nomination for each award category.
Will Pike be sending out a list of award winners?
Yes, recipient will be notified of award by direct Supervisor/Manager, Safety Team and LOB VP; winners will also be communicated via toolbox talk, Pike App, Newsletter, and highlighted on social media platforms and presented at the Spring Meetings.
